We are now going through a period of rapid growth and are looking for a part time (15 – 20 hours per week) Business Administrator to join our team.


You will be playing a pivotal role in supporting our Sales, Marketing and Ops teams to:

  • Manage data entry into Excel / CRM relating to new leads
  • Manage inbound queries through inboxes
  • Record brochure downloads from the website and ensure the sales team are following up with clients
  • Ensure that the CRM is well maintained, regularly updating the lead status, managing group lists, importing contacts etc
  • Organise internal sales training meetings
  • Support the planning of tradeshows – including flight and hotel booking
  • Support the marketing team with website updates and social media support
  • Log, monitor and have input on current processes and how to improve efficiency
  • Support with any other admin duties across the wider, global team.

This is a varied role supporting multiple teams so you will need to be highly organised and able to multi-task. As a new role, there is an opportunity to develop your skills and improve current processes.


This is a varied role – you will have to have strong organisational skills and be able to work with a range of stakeholders. Expect to use Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Teams and Excel extensively. This is an internal role with some client contact, so you will need to be a flexible team player, always mindful of the need to collaborate with colleagues to reach individual and shared goals.

Specifically, we are looking for:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in using CRM platforms desirable, but not essential
  • IT literacy with ability to learn new applications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Positivity towards your work and enthusiasm to learn
  • Adaptable and ability to multi-task


As a part-time role, we can offer flexibility with your working pattern.  The position can offer around 15-20 hours per week currently, with the opportunity to increase this as the need arises.

  • Starting salary of £20k – £22k (pro rata) with the opportunity to increase this rapidly
