We are now going through a period of rapid growth with increased sales targets and are looking for an organised, efficient team member to join us as our After-sales Co-ordinator.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will be playing a pivotal role in supporting our Sales and Marketing teams to improve renewal rates and grow our sales pipeline. You will be responsible for improving the customer journey for clients (new and current) from the moment a new product is purchased.

In particular, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients:

  • have access to newly purchased products
  • receive information and video content relating to the product, product updates and insights
  • undertake onboarding sessions with analysts who developed the product
  • receive support throughout their license period
  • understand the full product portfolio and what products are relevant to their needs
  • receive regular and relevant updates relating to their industry

You will work closely with both the sales and marketing teams to ensure that clients receive relevant and timely communications and will need to manage any queries that arise from clients.

Tracking and measuring of how the client is accessing and using the data will also be an important part of this role, as will gathering feedback and measuring the customer satisfaction level.

The After-Sales Co-ordinator will also manage subscription products – ensuring that the Sales team are seeking a renewal or that subscriptions are closed at the end of the license period. CRM updates and creating renewal deals also forms a part of this role

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You will have to have strong organisational skills and be able to work with a range of stakeholders. Expect to use Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Teams and Excel extensively. This is an internal role with some client contact, so you will need to be a flexible team player, always mindful of the need to collaborate with colleagues to reach individual and shared goals.

Specifically, we are looking for:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organisational skills
  • CRM experience desirable
  • Good IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems
  • Adaptable and ability to multi-task
  • Previous sales / customer service experience desirable
